摘  要:在分析10 kV电网规划技术原则的基础上,设计了电站规划方案以及线路规划。10 kV电网应满足电动汽车充电桩接入的需求,城市老旧小区回收改造工程应按照《国家电网公司低压配电网工程典型设计》中的规定执行。配电变压器应根据负荷分布情况尽可能布置在负荷中心,根据现状及预测负荷情况优化配变容量,缩短低压供电半径。2019~2020年间,新建低压架空线路389.38 km,低压电缆线路3.5 km;无改造工程。区配电网规划设计应符合《高质量配电网规划关键技术咨询》成果要求,还应符合国家、行业及国网公司现行有关标准的规定。该设计对其它电网线路规划提供技术指导,对整个某市电网的设计起到重要的作用。On the basis of analyzing the technical principle of 10 kV power grid planning,the power station planning scheme and line planning are designed.The 10 kV power grid shall meet the demand of charging piles for electric vehicles,and the recycling and reconstruction project of old urban residential areas shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of"typical design of low-voltage distribution network project of state grid corporation of China".The distribution transformer should be arranged in the load center as far as possible according to the load distribution,and the distribution capacity should be optimized according to the current situation and the predicted load condition,so as to shorten the low-voltage power supply radius.Between 2019 and 2020,389.38 km of new low-voltage overhead lines and 3.5 km of new low-voltage cable lines will be built without renovation works.The planning and design of the district distribution network shall comply with the requirements of the key technical consultation on high quality distribution network planning,and shall also comply with the current relevant standards of the state,industry and state grid companies.This design provides technical guidance for other power grid line planning and plays an important role in the design of power grid in a city.
