摘 要:导流罩是影响厢式卡车空气阻力的关键部件,针对某款厢式轻卡车型,通过CFD数值模拟方法,开展流线型导流罩造型多方案降风阻优化设计。对导流罩造型、降风阻效果、质量、成本进行研究比对,并对设计结果从仿真分析和实车测试两个方面进行关联性研究。相对原导流罩状态,最终确定的流线型导流罩状态匹配此厢式轻卡,实现整车风阻系数降低19.2%~21.6%,综合能耗仿真值降低5.1%~5.7%,同时,其半载高速工况转毂油耗降低12.1%,满载高速工况降低3.8%,半载综合工况油耗降低了5.94%,满载综合工况油耗降低了1.2%。Aiming at a van-type light truck,focusing on the deflector as the key component affecting aerodynamic drag,the optimization design of streamlined flow guide hood was carried out by using CFD numerical simulation method.The aerodynamic modeling of the air-deflector,the effect of reducing the aerodynamic drag force,the weight and the cost were studied and compared.The correlation between the simulation results and test results was analyzed.The final design of the streamlined fairing was determined.Compared with the original deflector,the aerodynamic drag coefficient of the whole vehicle is reduced by 19.2%~21.6%,and the comprehensive energy consumption in the simulation is reduced by 5.1%~5.7%.Meanwhile the fuel consumption under high-speed conditions at half-load and full-load is reduced by 12.1%and 3.8%respectively.The C-WTVC fuel consumption at half-load and full-load is reduced by 5.94%and 1.2%respectively.
