摘  要:抚锦成品油管道在投产结束计划停输期间多次出现管内压力下降的现象。由于密闭输送管道的油品体积受温度和压力的影响存在膨胀性和压缩性,因此温度是影响管道运行参数的主要因素之一。文中基于抚锦成品油管道停输后的运行参数,分析了管道在投产后停输期间温度下降对油品体积、压力的影响,计算出了油品下降1℃时管内压力变化值,通过对投产后充压体积总量与温度下降引起的体积变化量做对比,得出温度下降是引起油品体积变化、压力下降的主要原因。The Fujin products pipeline has experienced repeated pressure drop in the pipeline during the planned shutdown period.Since the oil volume of the closed conveying pipeline has expansibility and compressibility due to temperature and pressure,temperature is one of the main factors affecting the operating parameters of the pipeline.Based on the operating parameters of the Fujin products pipeline after shutting down,this paper analyzes the influence of the temperature drop on the oil volume and pressure during the shutting down of the pipeline,and calculates the pressure change value of the pipe when the oil drops by 1℃.After the production,the total volume of the pressurized volume is compared with the volume loss caused by the temperature drop,and the temperature drop is the main cause of the volume loss and pressure drop of the oil.
