摘  要:小破口失水事故下主回路管道中流体产生明显的状态变化,并伴有两相流现象产生,使堆内构件和设备接管产生较大的流体瞬态载荷(简称LOCA载荷)。为了分析不同破口尺寸流体瞬态载荷对结构的影响,文中在一维均质流体假设下,采用流体动力与结构耦合分析的基本原理和方法,分析小破口失水事故下不同破口尺寸流体瞬态载荷对结构的影响,考虑了压力容器和堆芯的结构与流场之间的流固耦合作用。并应用MULTIFLEX程序计算小破口失水事故下的瞬态水力载荷,在计算时引入结构的动力学方程,进行流固耦合求解。通过对不同破口尺寸的小破口失水事故瞬态水力载荷进行分析,对核电厂主回路管道的设计具有借鉴意义。In the case of loss-of-coolant accident,the fluid in the main circuit pipeline has an obvious state change,and is accompanied by a two⁃phase flow phenomenon,which causes the internal components and equipment to take over to produce a large fluid transient load(referred to as LOCA load).In order to analyze the effect of fluid transient loads of different fracture sizes on the structure,this paper uses the basic principle and method of one-dimensional finite volume hydrodynamic and structural coupling analysis,considering the structural deformation of the pressure vessel and the core and the flow between the flow field solid coupling.The MULTIFLEX program is used to calculate the transient hydraulic load in the case of a small breach water loss accident,and the dynamic equations of the structure are introduced during the calculation to solve the fluid⁃structure coupling.By analyzing the transient hydraulic loads of small breach water loss accidents with different breach sizes,it has certain reference significance for the design of nuclear power plant main loop piping.
