摘 要:通过分析三维激光扫描技术的原理和特点,可知该方法能够有效应用于长输管道变形量的测量。文中详细介绍了三维激光扫描数据获取流程,并通过在几何变形器检测到的缺陷点处应用,验证了该检测方法的有效性。通过对传统工具、几何变形检测器和三维激光扫描3种检测结果进行分析,可知三维激光扫描检测技术具有更高的测量精度和可靠性。By analyzing the principle and characteristics of three-dimensional laser scanning,the method can be effectively applied to the measurement of deformation of long⁃distance pipeline.In this paper,the data acquisition process of 3D laser scanning was introduced in detail,and the validity of the detection method is verified by applying it to the defect points detected by the geometric deformer.By analyzing the results of traditional tool,geometric deformation detector and three⁃dimensional laser scanning,it is concluded that three⁃dimensional laser scanning detection technology has higher measurement accuracy and reliability.
