摘 要:为了解决在同一热源、不同管网设计参数的供热管网的问题,设计采用混水供热系统,通过混水泵将高温系统供回水进行混合后,输入至低温水系统,满足低温水系统管网相关设计参数要求。文中详细介绍了混水泵选型计算公式,并在实际供热运行中验证了混水泵选型的正确性,运行结果表明混水泵实际混水比与设计混水比基本符合,同时可发现混水系统可增大一次管网供回水温差,有效提高管网输配效率。In order to solve the problem of the heating pipe network with the same heat source and different pipe network design parameters,the design adopts a mixed water heating system.The mixed water pump is used to mix the high temperature system with the return water,and then it is input to the low temperature water system to meet the requirements of low temperature water.In this paper,the calculation formula of mixed pump selection is introduced in detail,and the correctness of mixed pump selection is verified in the actual heating operation.The operation results show that the actual mixing ratio of the mixing pump is basically in line with the design mixing ratio.At the same time,it can be found that the mixing system can increase the tempera⁃ture difference between the supply and return water of the primary pipe network and effectively improve the transmission and distribution efficiency of the pipe network.
