摘  要:文中为按照ASMEⅧ⁃1强制性附录26设计的波纹膨胀节介绍计算软件CodeCalc和其使用方法。以非加强U形和加强U形波纹管分别举例计算,结合软件计算过程截图,重点介绍该软件计算波纹膨胀节时一些重要环节与注意事项。按照介绍的计算方法,计算过程和结果均满足ASMEⅧ⁃1强制性附录26设计要求,也验证了CodeCalc在膨胀节计算方面的可靠性。This article introduces a calculation software CodeCalc and its use method for the bellows expansion joints designed in accordance with the ASMEⅧ-1 mandatory appendix 26.The article uses unreinforced U-shaped bellows and reinforced U-shaped bellows as examples to calculate,and combined with the screenshots of software calculation process,focusing on explaining some important links and remarks when the software calculates bellows expansion joints.According to the calculation method introduced,both the calculation process and the results meet the design requirements of the ASMEⅧ⁃1 mandatory appendix 26,and also verify the reliability of the software CodeCalc for expansion joints calculation.
