摘  要:新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)已处于全球大流行状态,给全球公共卫生事业带来极大挑战。COVID-19多以肺部受累为主,但除肺脏以外其他脏器损伤也极其常见,尤其是心肌损伤。研究发现,并发心肌损伤的COVID-19患者死亡率较高。因此,研究COVID-19患者心肌损伤的发病机制对早发现、早诊治、降低病死率意义重大。目前,对于心肌损伤的机制究竟是严重急性呼吸窘迫综合征冠状病毒2(SARS-CoV-2)直接导致还是间接导致,众说纷纭。本文从COVID-19发病机制、心肌损伤发生及其致病机制三个方面进行阐述,以期为COVID-19并发心肌损伤患者的早期诊断及治疗提供理论依据。COVID-19 has been in the state of global pandemic,which brings great challeng to the global public health cause.Lung involvement is the main cause of COVID-19,but other organ damage except lung is also very common,especially myocardial damage.The study found that the mortality rate of COVID-19 patients with myocardial injury increased significantly.Therefore,the study of the mechanism of myocardial injury in patients with COVID-19 is of great benefit to early detection,early diagnosis,early treatment of myocardial injury and saving the lives of patients.At present,it is controversial whether the mechanism of myocardial damage is directly or indirectly induced by SARS-CoV-2.This paper introduced the mechanism of COVID-19 and myocardial injury of patients,in order to provide theoretical basis for early diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19 complicated with myocardial injury.
