摘  要:化学分析检验对质量具有可靠的准确性和保障性。对于丁铵黑药中活性物质含量的测定,通过碘量法的滴定操作,分析了淀粉指示剂加入的时间、速度、混合指示剂加入量的多少,以及待测溶液pH值等因素对滴定结果的影响。经过实验探讨可以得出,淀粉指示剂加入的时间为接近终点时加入;滴定速度为快滴慢摇,快到终点时慢滴快摇,pH=5.2时进行溶液测定以及混合指示剂2~3滴观测最为明显。所测丁铵黑药中活性物质最为稳定。Chemical analysis determination is reliable and accurate to guarante the product's quality.For the determination of the content of active substance in ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate,the titration operation was carried out by using the iodometry.The effects of the addition time,speed,amount of mixed indicator and pH value of the solution to be measured on titration results were analyzed.After experimental investigation,it can be concluded that the addition time of starch indicator is near the end point.The titration speed was fast and shake the solution slow at frist,and the titration speed was slow and fast shaking near the end point.It's the most obvious to observe the solution pending to determine by dropping 2-3 drops of mixed indicator when pH is 5.2.The result shows that the active substance in the ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate that have been determinatedis the most stable.
