摘　　要：“四面八方”经济政策对于中国特色社会主义政治经济学思想史研究和理论体系构建具有重要价值。本文以历史比较的方法,在梳理历史文献基础上还原了这一政策的提出过程,指出它的最先提出者是中共中央和毛泽东,刘少奇到天津对它开展了示范性成功实践。追溯这一政策的思想原像表明,公私兼顾、劳资两利,城乡关系,内外关系等理论和政策是中共中央和毛泽东在早前就多次论述和强调的重点。“四面八方”经济政策是中国共产党长期实践探索和理论探索的思想总结、政策集成,是马克思主义基本原理与中国实际相结合基础上知识积累的成果,是中国共产党全党智慧的理论结晶。The economic policy of“four relations eight parties”is of great importance to the historical study and theoretical system building of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics.Using the method of historical comparison,this paper rediscovers the introductory process of this policy on the basis of historical literature review and points out that its first introducers were the CPC Central and Mao Zedong while Liu Shaoqi successfully implement edits exemplary practice in Tianjin.Retrieval of the mental prototype for this policy indicates that the theories and policies of public private dual consideration,labor capital mutual advantage,urban rural relationship,and domestic foreign relations had been the key points discussed and emphasized repeatedly by the CPC Central and Mao Zedong before.The economic policy of“four relations eight parties”is an ideological conclusion and policy synthesis of the Communist Party of China’s long-term practical and theoretical explorations,an achievement of knowledge accumulation on the basis of adapting the basic Marxist principles to Chinese conditions,and a theoretical crystallization of the wisdom of the whole Communist Party of China.
