摘 要:采用定性、定量以及拟定量专利分析的方法,对耐火材料产业专利数据进行了多维分析。首先,从宏观上阐明了全球耐火材料技术发展的脉络和技术结构的全貌以及技术生命周期特点。其次,由宏观至微观按照“面—线—点”的分析路线,逐层识别了耐火材料产业重点技术和高价值专利技术,指出了当前高价值专利技术布局的发展方向。最后,基于对我国耐火材料领域专利布局特点的识别,指出了该产业技术转型升级存在的问题,阐明了全行业技术合作和技术转移的必要性。The patent data of refractories industry were analyzed in multi-dimensions using the methods of qualitative,quantitative and formulate quantitative patent analysis.Firstly,the technology developing skeleton,the full view of the technology structure and the technology life cycle of the global refractories were illustrated macroscopically.Secondly,according to the analysis structure of“plane-line-point”from macro to micro,the key technology and high-value patented technology of refractories industry were identified,and the development direction of high-value patented technology layout was pointed out.Finally,based on the identification of the characteristics of China’s patent layout in the field of refractories,the problems in the industrial technology transformation and upgrading were pointed out,and the necessity of technical cooperation and technology transfer in the whole industry was illuminated.
