摘 要:为了获得性能更优的分层挤出打印Al2O3-SiO2质耐火材料,以α-Al2O3超细粉、硅灰、磷酸二氢铝、六偏磷酸钠为主要原料制备的固相体积分数为57%的水基浆料中外加不同量(外加质量分数分别为0、2%、4%、6%、8%和10%)的Al2O3亚微米粉,研究了Al2O3微粉外加量对浆料流变特性以及烧后试样致密度、烧后线变化、常温强度、荷重软化温度和抗渣性能的影响。结果表明:1)随着Al2O3亚微米粉外加量的增加,浆料的黏度和切应力增大;浆料均表现出有利于分层挤出成型的假塑性行为,剪切屈服应力在打印机的允许范围内。浆料的流动指数小于1,添加6%(w)的Al2O3亚微米粉时流动指数最大,打印试样的表面质量最好。2)随着Al2O3亚微米粉外加量的增加,试样的线收缩率和显气孔率呈先减小后增大的变化趋势,体积密度、常温耐压强度、常温抗折强度、荷重软化温度和抗渣性则呈先增大后减小的变化趋势;除常温耐压强度的拐点在Al2O3亚微米粉外加量为4%(w)处外,其他的拐点均在Al2O3亚微米粉外加量为6%(w)处。3)添加6%(w)的Al2O3亚微米粉的打印试样在1600℃烧成后,长度方向的线收缩率为3.8%,显气孔率为15.4%,体积密度为3.08 g·cm^-3,常温耐压强度为195 MPa,常温抗折强度为52.0 MPa,荷重软化温度为1612.7℃,抗渣性最好。This work aims at preparing Al2O3-SiO2 refractories of better properties by layered extrusion printing.α-Al2O3 ultrafine powder,silica fume,aluminum dihydrogen phosphate and sodium hexametaphosphate were adopted as the main raw materials to prepare water-based slurry with a solid load of 57 vol%.The effect of the submicron Al2O3 powder addition(0,2%,4%,6%,8%,and 10%,extra-adding,by mass)into the slurry on the rheological behavior of the slurry and the influence on the density,the linear change rate on heating,the cold strength,refractoriness under load,and the slag resistance of the fired specimens were investigated.The results show that(1)with the addition of submicron Al2O3 powder increasing,the viscosity and the shear stress of the slurry increase,showing pseudoplastic behavior,which is beneficial to the layered extrusion printing;the shear yield stress is within the allowable printing range;the flow index of the slurry is lower than 1,when adding 6%Al2O3,the index is the highest,and the printed sample has the best surface quality;(2)with the rising addition of submicron Al2O3 powder,the linear change rate and the apparent porosity decline first and then climb up;the bulk density,the cold crushing strength,the cold modulus of rupture,the refractoriness under load and the slag resistance increase first and then decrease;all the properties have their inflection points at 6%except for the cold compressive strength,which appears at 4%;(3)the printed sample with 6%Al2O3 fired at 1600℃has the length shrinkage of 3.8%,the apparent porosity of 15.4%,the bulk density of 3.08 g·cm^-3,the cold compressive strength of 195 MPa,the cold modulus of rupture of 52.0 MPa,the refractoriness under load of 1612.7℃and the best slag resistance.
