摘 要:滚动成型氧化铝球具有成本低、产量大、粒径易控等优势,有可能成为未来3D打印成型的主要原料。为了提高打印泥料的流动性,需要研究氧化铝球的抛光特性,以改善抛光工艺。以0.38~0.55(A料)、0.27~0.38(B料)和0.25~0.27 mm(C料)3种粒级的滚动成型氧化铝球为对象,研究烧结温度(1400、1600℃)和抛光时间(1、2、3、4、5、6 h)对氧化铝球平均粒径、圆度、球形度、休止角和颗粒耐压强度的影响。结果表明:随着抛光时间的延长,所有样品的平均粒度、休止角和颗粒耐压强度都减小,圆度和球形度增大;抛光时间大于4 h,上述指标变化不大,最佳抛光时间为4 h。与经1400℃煅烧相比,经1600℃煅烧的氧化铝球,平均粒径减小,中值粒径颗粒圆度和球形度增长率更大,但大颗粒球形度降低,休止角显著减小,耐压强度显著增大。因此,1600℃煅烧有利于提高氧化铝球的强度和流动性。比较1600℃煅烧的3种粒级的氧化铝球可知,粒度越小,平均粒径降低率越大,休止角以及休止角降低率越小,颗粒耐压强度及其降低率也越小,但中颗粒圆度和球形度增长率最大。煅烧温度1600℃、抛光4 h时,A、B和C料平均粒径分别是0.410、0.232和0.153 mm,圆度分别是0.9896、0.9763和0.9533,球形度是0.9648、0.9569和0.9463,休止角分别是33.8°、29.9°和27.5°,耐压强度分别是20.5、18.0和16.6 N,有望作为3D打印浆料的骨料使用。With the advantages of low cost,large output and easy control of particle size,rolling formed alumina balls are likely to become the main raw material for 3D printing in the future.In order to improve the fluidity of printing mud,it is necessary to study the polishing characteristics of alumina balls to improve the polishing process.The rolling formed alumina balls of 0.38-0.55 mm(A),0.27-0.38 mm(B)and 0.25-0.27 mm(C)were adopted to study the effects of the sintering temperature(1400 and 1600℃)and the polishing time(1,2,3,4,5,and 6 h)on the average particle size,the roundness,the sphericity,the angle of repose and the particle compressive strength of the alumina ball samples.The results show that:with the increase of the polishing time,the average particle size,the angle of repose and the particles compressive strength decrease,the roundness and the sphericity increase;when the polishing time is above 4 h,those properties do not change much.So the optimal polishing time is 4 h.Compared with the samples fired at 1400℃,the ones fired at 1600℃have decreased average particle size and increased medium particle size roundness and sphericity;but the sphericity of large particles is decreased,the repose angle is significantly reduced and the compressive strength is significantly increased.Therefore,firing at 1600℃is conducive to improving the strength and the fluidity.The three samples of different sizes fired at 1600℃were compared.It is found that the smaller the particle size,the larger the average particle size decreasing rate,the smaller the repose angle and the repose angle decreasing rate,the smaller the particle compressive strength and its decreasing rate.But the growth rates of the roundness and the sphericity of medium particles are the largest.When the firing temperature is 1600℃and the polishing time is 4 h,the average particle size of A,B or C is 0.410,0.232 and 0.153 mm,the corresponding roundness is 0.9896,0.9763 and 0.9533,respectively;the corresponding sphericity is 0.9648,0.9569 and 0.9463;t
