摘 要:为了研究ρ-Al2O3对莫来石质隔热耐火砖的制备工艺及高温性能的影响,以煅烧莫来石细粉、黏土、煅烧氧化铝为主要原料,ρ-Al2O3为结合剂,十二烷基磺酸钠为发泡剂,制备了莫来石隔热耐火砖,研究了ρ-Al2O3添加量(加入质量分数分别为0、3%、5%、8%、10%、15%和20%)对泥浆的凝结时间、脱模时间以及烧后莫来石质隔热耐火砖性能的影响。结果表明,ρ-Al2O3可促进莫来石隔热耐火砖的凝结与脱模;但ρ-Al2O3添加量(w)超过10%时,莫来石隔热耐火砖的高温性能显著降低。综合来看,ρ-Al2O3的添加量为8%(w)较为合适。To study the effect ofρ-Al2O3 on their preparation process and hot properties,insulating mullite refractory bricks were prepared using calcined mullite fine powder,clay,calcined alumina as the main starting materials,ρ-Al2O3 as the binder,and sodium dodecyl sulfonate as the foaming agent.The effect of theρ-Al2O3 addition(0,3,5,8,10,15,and 20%,by mass)on the setting time of slurries and the demolding time as well as the properties of insulating mullite refractory bricks after burning was researched.The results show thatρ-Al2O3 can promote setting and demolding,but when theρ-Al2O3 addition exceeds 10%,the hot properties of the bricks are significantly reduced;generally,8%ofρ-Al2O3 is appropriate.
