摘 要:铝铬渣中杂质含量高并且波动大,造成了以铝铬渣为主要原料制备的铬刚玉砖品质下降。为解决这一问题,以铝铬渣为主要原料,添加低铬矿和氧化铝粉,在电弧炉中熔融均化合成电熔铝铬料,再加入电熔锆莫来石制备铬锆刚玉砖。结果表明:将铝铬渣、氧化铝粉、低铬矿混合料在倾倒炉中于2100~2200℃熔炼8 h可得到结构致密的电熔铝铬料,电熔铝铬料的Na 2O、Fe 2O 3、SiO 2和金属Cr含量相较铝铬渣均显著降低。采用电熔铝铬料颗粒和细粉为主要原料,加入10%(w)的电熔锆莫来石颗粒料,制备的铬锆刚玉砖的抗热震性(950℃,风冷)达到56次,抗热震性能良好。Due to the high and fluctuating impurities contents in alumina chrome slag,the quality of chrome corundum bricks made from the slag decreases.To solve the problem,fused alumina chrome materials were synthesized using alumina chrome slag as the main raw material,adding low grade chrome ore and alumina powder,melting and homogenizing in an electric arc furnace,and then chrome zirconia corundum bricks were prepared with the fused alumina chrome materials and fused zirconia mullite.The results show that dense fused alumina chrome materials can be obtained by melting alumina chrome slag,alumina powder,and low grade chrome ore in the furnace at 2100-2200℃for 8 h,and the Na2O,Fe2O3,SiO2,and Cr contents in the fused alumina chrome materials are significantly lower than those in the alumina chrome slag.The thermal shock resistance(950℃,air quenching)of the chrome zirconia corundum bricks prepared using the fused alumina chrome materials and fine powder as the starting materials and adding 10%fused zirconia mullite particles is 56 times,showing good thermal shock resistance.
