摘  要:针对带有对称保护电极的螺旋表面极板电容式传感器结构进行优化改进。采用三维有限元的方法重点分析了极板长度并综合考虑极板张角、管壁厚度、管道介电常数对传感器检测场内灵敏度分布和均匀性误差参数的影响。搭建不同极板长度的传感器进行实验,实验结果显示传感器极板长度为6R1(R1为管道内半径)时,均匀性误差最小,仿真结果与实验结果基本一致。The structure of spiral surface electrode capacitive sensor with symmetrical protection electrode was optimized and improved.The effect of plate length and the influence of plate angle,tube wall thickness,and pipe dielectric constant on aspects of the sensitivity distribution and uniformity error parameters were analyzed by using the direction of the three⁃dimensional finite ele⁃ment method.Through analysis and comparison,the sensor with the different pipe length was built and the experimental results show that the sensor plate length was 6R1(R1 is the pipe inner diameter),the uniformity error parameter was the smallest,the ex⁃perimental results were in agreement with the simulation results.
