摘 要:针对预防设备损坏和检测液压油中磨粒的问题,提出了一种含有铁氧体磁芯的新型检测方法。该方法设计了一种新型传感器,通过测量线圈的电感变化来检测油液磨粒。对该传感器的检测原理进行公式推导和模型仿真,然后搭建实验平台进行灵敏度测试。理论分析结果表明:提出的检测方法具有较高的检测灵敏度;改善了边缘效应对磨粒检测的影响;有较高的油液吞吐量,避免了磨粒在直径过小的流道中沉积堵塞的情况发生。实验结果表明:该传感器在单层线圈匝数为15,油液吞吐量为50 mL/min时,最小可检测到40μm铁磨粒和90μm铜磨粒。Aiming at the problem of detecting abrasive particle in hydraulic oil for preventing equipment damage,a new de⁃tection method containing ferrite core was proposed.The method designed a new type of sensor that detects oil abrasive particle by measuring the change in inductance of the coil.The principle of the sensor was deduced by formula and model simulation,and then the experimental platform was built for sensitivity testing.The theoretical analysis results show that the proposed method has higher detection sensitivity,improved the effect of edge effect on abrasive particle detection,and has higher oil throughput,which avoids the deposition of abrasive grains in the flow path with too small diameter.The experimental results show that the sensor can detect 40μm iron abrasive grains and 90μm copper abrasive grains in a single layer coil with a number of turns of 15 and an oil throughput of 50 mL/min.
