摘  要:针对现有带式输送机综合保护系统采用CAN或RS485总线结构存在布线复杂、传输可靠性低,不易扩展、通信距离近等问题,在基于以太网的带式输送机监控系统设计方案的基础上,提出了带式输送机监控系统的监控终端、网路电话和急停开关的设计方案。采用S5P4418和STM32F405VGT6 ARM处理器芯片设计了监控终端的硬件电路,采用STM32F405VGT6 ARM处理器芯片设计了网路电话和急停开关的硬件电路。移植了Linux操作系统,采用C++和C语言设计了监控终端的软件;采用C语言设计网路电话和急停开关的软件。制定了下位机与上位机通信协议,并编写了其通信软件。实验结果表明,文中所设计的下位机可用于基于以太网的带式输送机监控系统,实现了对带式输送机带速、温度、堆煤、跑偏、急停等运行状态信息的监测,以及电话通信和视频监控等功能,在煤炭、矿山、港口、电力和化工等领域具有广泛应用前景。For the existing belt conveyor integrated protection system,the CAN or RS485 bus structure has the problems of complicated wiring,low transmission reliability,difficulty in expansion,and close communication distance.Based on the design scheme of the Ethernet⁃based belt conveyor monitoring system,the design scheme of the monitoring terminal,network telephone and emergency stop switch of the belt conveyor monitoring system was proposed.The S5P4418 and STM32F405VGT6 ARM pro⁃cessor chips were used to design the hardware circuit of the monitoring terminal.The STM32F405VGT6 ARM processor chip was used to design the hardware circuit of the network phone and emergency stop switch.The Linux operating system was transplanted,and the software for monitoring the terminal was designed in C++and C language,the software for designing the network phone and the emergency stop switch was adopted in C language.The communication protocol between the slave computer and the master computer was established,and its communication software was written.The experimental results show that the slave computer de⁃signed in this paper can be used in Ethernet⁃based belt conveyor monitoring system to realize the monitoring of belt conveyor speed,temperature,coal,deviation,emergency stop and other operational status information,telephone communication and video surveillance and so on.It has broad application prospects in the fields of coal,mining,port,power and chemical industry.
