摘  要:针对轨道交通列车轮对几何尺寸日常测量与检测需求的不断增加,设计一种基于二维激光位移传感器的通过式轮对测量系统。该系统通过安装在轨道内外两侧的多台二维激光位移传感器,基于轮对轮廓特征实现对车轮踏面廓形点云数据的坐标变换与数据融合,得到完整的轮对踏面廓形;针对廓形中出现的噪点,采用基于中值误差与连续度的平滑算法,结合聚类算法实现对点云数据的去噪处理;最后根据几何关系实现轮对尺寸参数的计算。试验证明,该系统在保持较高测量精度的情况下,同时具有较高重复精度、稳定可靠等特点。Due to the increasing demand for daily measurement and detection of rail transit wheel⁃set geometric dimension,a through⁃type wheel⁃set measurement system based on two⁃dimensional laser displacement sensor was designed.In this system,the multiple two⁃dimensional laser displacement sensors were installed on both sides of the track.Based on the wheel profile features,coordinate transformation and data fusion of wheel⁃set tread profile point cloud data were achieved,and the complete wheel profile was obtained.In order to remove the noise points,a smoothing algorithm based on the median error and continuity was adopted,and denoise of point cloud data using the clustering algorithm.Finally,the calculation of wheel⁃set geometric parameters was real⁃ized according to the geometric relationship in definitions.It has been proved by experiments that the system has the characteristics of high repetition accuracy,stability and reliability while maintaining high measurement accuracy.
