摘　　要：本文从国家节能发展历程出发,分析探索超低能耗建筑的发展与转变,结合具体案例,研究分析了青岛地区能耗住宅建筑优势与不足,展望青岛地区超低能耗住宅建筑的未来发展方向与规划。This paper starts from the national energy-saving development process,analyzes and explores the development and transformation of ultra-low-energy buildings.Combined with specific cases,it studies and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of energy-consuming residential buildings in Qingdao,and looks forward to the future development direction and planning of ultra-low energy residential buildings in Qingdao.
