摘　　要：珠海十字门中央商务区会展商务组团是一个会展驱动的大型滨海城市综合体(HOPSCA),文章阐述了它得以成功的几个主要特点:超大尺度空间、通道树型建筑体系、现代城市设计方法、引入地标建筑和科技元素。Zhuhai Cross Gate Central Business District is a large coastal city complex(HOPSCA) driven by the exhibition. The paper elaborates its main characteristics of success: super large space, channel tree type architecture system, modern city design method and the introduction of landscape building and science and technology elements.
