多种超声探头联合应用在锁骨下动脉盗血综合征诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨多种超声探头联合应用在锁骨下动脉盗血综合征(SSS)诊断中的应用价值。方法选取我院收治的61例SSS患者的资料,行高频线阵探头、凸阵探头及相控阵探头检查,并以数字减影血管造影(DSA)作为金标准,分析诊断情况。结果多种超声探头联合应用对锁骨下动脉近心段或无名动脉狭窄程度的判断与DSA结果存在良好一致性(Kappa=0.615,P<0.05),且多普勒超声诊断SSS盗血程度与DSA检查病变动脉狭窄程度呈正相关(rs=0.865,P<0.05)。结论多种超声探头联合应用在SSS诊断中准确率高,且可准确判断病变动脉狭窄及盗血程度,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To explore the application value of Multiple ultrasonic probes used in diagnosis of subclavian steal syndrome(SSS).Methods Data of 61 SSS patients admitted by our hospital were couected,they were all given check,including high frequency linear array probe,convex array probe and phased array probe,and the results of digital subtraction angiography(DSA)were used as the gold standard to analyze the examination and diagnosis.Results There was a good consistency between the results of multiple ultrasonic probes and DSA in judging the degree of stenosis of the subclavian artery in the proximal or innominate artery(Kappa=0.615,P<0.05),and there was a positive correlation between the degree of stealing blood of SSS and the degree of diseased arterial stenosis under DSA(rs=0.865,P<0.05).Conclusion Combined application of multiple ultrasonic probes has a high accuracy in the diagnosis of SSS,and it can accurately judge the degree of diseased arterial stenosis and stealing blood,which is valuable in clinical application.
