摘  要:目的探讨MRS在骨质疏松症中的诊断价值。方法选取我院做过骨密度检查的绝经后女性,共48例。按照双能X线骨密度仪所测得T值将研究对象分为两组:非骨质疏松症组(T>-2.5)、骨质疏松症组(T≤-2.5)。所有患者均行MRI检查,检查序列为矢状位T1WI、T2WI、STIR、轴位T2WI及单体素波谱序列,观察椎体脂肪信号的分布量化L3椎体脂水比值及水峰的宽度和脂峰的宽度。结果骨质疏松症组的脂水比值高于非骨质疏松症组,水峰宽度较非骨质疏松症组窄,且有统计学意义。脂峰的宽度在两组间无统计学意义。结论MRS对骨质疏松症的诊断有临床意义。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance spectroscopy in osteoporosis.Methods All the subjects were postmenopausal women who had bone mineral density examination in our hospital,a total of 48 cases.The subjects were divided into two groups according to the t-value measured by dual-energy bone mineral density X-ray absorptiometry non-osteoporosis group(T>-2.5),osteoporosis group(T≤-2.5).All patients underwent MRI examination(the examination sequence was sagittal T1WI,T2WI,STIR,axial T2WI and mono-pixel wave sequence)to observe the distribution of pyramidal fat signal and quantify the L3 vertebral body fat-water ratio,the width of water peak and the width of fat peak.Results The lipid water ratio of the osteoporosis group was higher than that of the non-osteoporosis group,and the width of the water peak was narrower than that of the non-osteoporosis group,which was statistically significant.The width of lipid peak was not statistically significant between the two group.Conclusion Magnetic resonance imaging has clinical significance in the diagnosis of osteoporosis.
