摘 要:通过液相法将高分子材料聚丙烯酸甲酯(PMA)与二甲胺基硼烷(DMAB)进行混溶,制备了高分子复合储氢材料体系PMA/DMAB,改善了二甲胺基硼烷的放氢性能.XRD测试显示,DMAB的晶体结构没有发生变化,PMA与DMAB的复合是物理作用.宏观形貌拍摄和SEM图显示,制备的PMA/DMAB样品为胶状透明固体,纳米尺度内均匀致密.FTIR测试表明,PMA/DMAB样品的B—H键键能减弱,利于低温下氢气的释放.采用TG/DSC和恒温放氢性能测试对所制备的高分子复合储氢材料PMA/DMAB与DMAB进行了放氢性能对比,结果表明,复合储氢材料PMA/DMAB显著改善了二甲胺基硼烷的放氢性能.The polymer composite hydrogen storage material PMA/DMAB was prepared by mixing the polymer material methyl acrylate(PMA)and dimethylaminoborane(DMAB)by liquid phase method,which improved the hydrogen evolution performance of dimethylaminoborane.XRD analysis showed that the crystal structure of DMAB did not change,and the combination of PMA and DMAB was a physical action.The macro morphology and SEM images show that the prepared PMA/DMAB samples are colloidal transparent solid with uniform and dense nano scale.FTIR analysis showed that the B-H bond energy of PMA/DMAB sample was weakened,which was conducive to the release of hydrogen at low temperature.The results show that PMA/DMAB can significantly improve the dehydrogenation performance of dimethylaminoborane.
