摘  要:基于修正后的Archard磨损方程结合间隙泄漏理论建立活塞密封磨损泄漏映射模型,利用Workbench有限元软件分析了活塞密封圈不同磨损程度对密封性能的影响及油液压力变化对密封泄漏的影响规律。结果表明:随着密封圈磨损程度增加,主密封面最大接触压力减小而密封宽度增大,液压缸内泄漏量呈指数级增加。该研究对活塞密封磨损状态评估与监测具有重要的理论指导意义。Based on the modified Archard's wear equation and gap leakage theory,a piston seal wear and leakage mapping model is developed.The Workbench finite element simulation software to analyze the effect of different wear of piston seals on sealing performance and the effect of oil pressure on sealing performance.The change pattern of seal leakage.The results show that as the seal wear increases,the maximum contact pressure of the main seal face decreases,the seal width increases,and the leakage in the hydraulic cylinder increases.The amount of piston seal wear increased exponentially.This study has theoretical implications for the evaluation and monitoring of piston seal wear condition.
