摘  要:依据泵用机械密封动、静环端面结构的夹角大小,建立平行、收敛、扩散三种间隙类型的流体膜三维模型,通过添加实际工况条件下的边界条件,数值模拟其流体膜的压力、承载力分布规律,结果表明,平行间隙中流体膜压力呈线性分布,而收敛、扩散间隙压力呈非线性分布,且收敛间隙中的流体膜压力大于扩散间隙中的压力;而平行间隙流体膜承载力要大于扩散间隙,而小于收敛间隙;同时探究了端面间夹角大小,转速对流体膜压力和承载力的影响规律,探究结果为泵用机械密封端面间隙类型的选择提供了理论指导,也为后续密封环变形对流场特性影响的研究打下了基础。According to the structure angle between the surfaces of the dynamic and stationary rings of the pump mechanical seal,the three-dimensional models of the fluid-film in the gaps of plane,convergence and diffusion are established.The boundary conditions under the actual working conditions are added to simulate the distribution of the pressure and bearing capacity of the fluid-film.The results show that the radial distribution of the pressure of the fluid-film in the parallel gaps is linear,the convergence and diffusion pressures are non-linear.The pressure of the fluid-film in the converging gap is greater than that in the diffusing gap.The bearing capacity of the fluid film in the parallel gap is greater than that in the diffusing gap,but less than that in the converging gap.On this basis,the effects of the angle between the surfaces and the rotating speed on the pressure and bearing capacity of the fluid film are studied.The results provide theoretical guidance for the selection of mechanical seal parameters,as well as lays a foundation for the research on the subsequent deformation of the seal ring.
