模拟家人在场疗法在老年髋部骨折患者负性情绪中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的分析老年髋部骨折住院患者在无家属陪伴期应用模拟家人在场疗法(SPT)对患者负性情绪的影响。方法选取2020年1-3月该院骨关节专科收治的老年髋部骨折患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组30例。对照组实施临床常规护理方案,研究组在临床常规护理基础上实施SPT。观察两组患者干预后焦虑自评量表得分、抑郁自评量表得分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数、满意度情况等。结果研究组患者干预后焦虑自评量表得分、抑郁自评量表得分均明显低于对照组,匹兹堡睡眠质量指数、满意度均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对无家属陪伴的老年髋部骨折患者SPT的实施可有效减轻患者各种负情情绪,保证睡眠时间,促进患者康复,全面提高护理质量。Objective To analyze the impact of elderly family hospitalization on elderly patients with hip fractures in the absence of family members.Methods Sixty elderly hip fracture patients admitted to our department from January to March 2020 were included in this study and randomly divided into a control group and a research group,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group implemented clinical routine nursing programs,and the research group implemented simulated family presence therapy on the basis of the control group.Observed the scores of the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),sleep quality index,Satisfaction.Results The SAS and SDS scores of the study group after intervention were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);sleep quality index and satisfaction were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the elderly hip fracture patients without family members,simulating the presence of family therapy can effectively reduce the various negative emotions of the patients,ensure sleep time,promote patient recovery,and comprehensively improve the quality of care.
