脑卒中后肩关节半脱位患者康复护理措施研究

摘　　要：目的探讨在脑卒中后肩关节半脱位患者干预中实施康复护理的临床效果。方法采用随机数字表法将2018年1月至2019年4月该院收治的64例脑卒中后肩关节半脱位患者分为观察组和对照组,每组32例。对照组行常规基础护理,观察组行康复护理。观察两组患者干预前后肩关节半脱位测量方法(AHI)变化及临床效果。结果观察组患者干预后AHI明显低于对照组,总有效率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施康复护理可更好地帮助脑卒中后肩关节半脱位患者恢复,提高疗效,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of rehabilitation nursing in the intervention of patients with shoulder subluxation after stroke.Methods A total of 64 patients with shoulder subluxation after stroke in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups.32 patients in the control group received routine basic nursing and 32 patients in the observation group received rehabilitation nursing.Results The results of AHI measurement in the observation group after intervention were(15.26±2.26)and in the control group after intervention were(17.96±1.82).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 75.00%in the control group and 90.63%in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing can better help patients with shoulder subluxation after stroke to recover and improve the treatment effect,so it is worth promoting.
