助产士团队服务模式在初产妇分娩中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨在初产妇分娩中助产士团队服务模式的临床应用效果及实践价值。方法选取2019年1-7月该院产科收治的建卡并接受常规产前检查产妇516例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组258例。对照组采取常规产科服务模式,观察组采用助产士团队服务模式。观察两组产妇产程时间(第一、二、三产程及总产程时间)、产妇分娩结局(自然分娩率、分娩镇痛率、会阴侧切率、新生儿体重)、产妇分娩应对能力(分娩应对量表)情况等。结果观察组产妇第一、二、三产程及总产程时间,以及分娩镇痛率、会阴侧切率均明显低于对照组,自然分娩率、分娩应对量表测评结果均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在初产妇分娩中采用助产士团队服务模式可有效缩短产程时间,提高自然分娩率,控制分娩镇痛和会阴侧切率。Objective To explore the clinical application effect and practical value of midwife team service mode in primipara delivery.Methods A total of 516 cases of pregnant women receiving routine prenatal examination were randomly divided into control group and observation group.258 cases of each group were given routine obstetric service mode and midwife team service mode respectively.Observed the duration of the two groups(first stage,second stage and third stage of labor).As well as the total duration of labor,maternal delivery outcomes(natural delivery rate,labor analgesia rate,perineal incision rate,neonatal weight),maternal coping ability[childbirth coping scale(CCB)]situation.Results The first stage of labor,the second stage of labor,the third stage of labor and the total duration of labor in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the analgesia rate and lateral perineal incision rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the natural delivery rate and the weight of newborn were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the CCB evaluation results of the coping ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.Group B(P<0.05).Conclusion In the delivery of primipara,the midwife team service mode can effectively shorten the duration of labor,improve the natural delivery rate,control labor analgesia and perineal lateral incision.
