AECOPD合并糖尿病患者应用激素后出现反应性高血糖的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)合并糖尿病患者应用激素后血糖的变化情况。方法选取2016年5月至2019年4月该院收治的AECOPD合并糖尿病患者110例,依据不同治疗方法分为研究组和对照组,每组55例。对照组不使用激素治疗,研究组使用糖皮质激素治疗。对比分析两组患者疗效及血糖变化情况。结果研究组患者疗效明显优于对照组,每天早、午、晚餐和平均血糖水平均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对ECOPD合并糖尿病患者应用糖皮质激素治疗虽可增加疗效,但也会显著增加患者血糖水平,使用过程中一定要密切监测患者血糖水平,合理调节胰岛素用量。Objective To investigate the changes of blood glucose in patients with diabetes mellitus after AECOPD.Methods Selection in May 2016-April 2019 our hospital AECOPD combined 110 patients with diabetes,according to the different treatments were randomly divided into control group and research group,control group without the use of hormone therapy,the team used glucocorticoid treatment,comparison and analysis the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients and blood sugar changes.Results The treatment effect of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the blood glucose levels of the patients were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For ECOPD combined application of glucocorticoid therapy in diabetic patients,although you can increase the therapeutic effect,but also a significant increase in the patient′s blood glucose levels,in use process must be closely monitored the patient′s blood sugar level,reasonable adjustment of insulin dosage.
