摘　　要：为选育出更多适宜工厂化、规模化生产的草菇菌种,从我国南方地区收集分离获得8个草菇菌株,并对其进行农艺性状鉴定评价,以筛选出适合山东地区夏季栽培的最适品种。结果表明:V-4、V-6两个品种商品性状符合市场需求,栽培性状也优于其它品种。其栽培条件的优化有待进一步研究。In order to breed more straw mushroom strains suitable for factory and large-scale production,8 straw mushroom strains were collected and isolated from the southern China.Through identification and evaluation of their agronomic traits,the optimum strains were selected for summer cultivation in Shandong Province.The results showed that two strains V-4 and V-6 had the commercial traits meeting market demand,and their cultivation traits were also superior to other strains.Their cultivation conditions would be optimized further in the future.
