摘　　要：为了了解广西地区竹鼠细小病毒的分子生物学特性与遗传变异情况,通过PCR、序列比对分析等方法,对采集到的某竹鼠场腹泻病料进行病原学检查。结果表明,用设计的引物A1/A2从竹鼠血清、内脏中检测到2株竹鼠细小病毒,将其分别命名为1-XQ、3-ZQ。用软件分析,1-XQ、3-ZQ核苷酸同源性为99.9%;与另外2株广西竹鼠细小病毒分离株的核苷酸同源性分别为96.8%~97.5%和96.9%~97.6%;与蝙蝠细小病毒的同源性较高,为98.9%~99.0%;与老鼠细小病毒的同源性为87.3%~87.6%;与牛、鹅、番鸭以及人类等其他种类细小病毒核苷酸同源性较低,为31.8%~41.6%。说明1-XQ、3-ZQ与广西竹鼠分离毒株、中国分离到的蝙蝠毒株亲缘关系最近,属于同一分支。In order to understand the molecular biological characteristics and genetic variation of bamboo parvovirus in Guangxi,the pathogen of diarrhea samples collected from bamboo mice was detected by PCR and sequence analysis.The results showed that two strains of parvovirus were detected from the serum and viscera of bamboo mice with designed primers A1/A2,named 1-XQ and 3-ZQ,respectively.The results showed that the nucleotide homology of 1-XQ and 3-ZQ was 99.9%,96.8%-97.5%and 96.9%-97.6%with the other two strains of Guangxi bamboo rat parvovirus,98.9%-99.0%with bat parvovirus,87.3%-87.6%with mouse parvovirus,and with cattle,goose,Muscovy duck and human parvovirus 31.8%-41.6%.Phylogenetic tree analysis of genome suggested that 1-XQ and 3-ZQ are closely related to the strains isolated from Guangxi and bats from China,and belong to the same branch.
