摘 要:为了解仔貉腹泻主要病原菌的流行情况及耐药性,对秦皇岛地区5个规模化毛皮动物饲养场的10只腹泻病死仔貉进行检测,无菌采集其肝脏、小肠样本,经细菌形态观察、培养特性试验及生化试验共鉴定出5株致病性大肠杆菌。小鼠致病性试验及毒力基因检测试验结果表明5株菌株均有致病性,ler、irp2、iutA、fyuA、astA和papC 6种基因检出率分别为100%、100%、40%、40%、20%和20%。药敏试验结果显示分离菌株对阿莫西林、四环素、磺胺药、环丙沙星、氟苯尼考和克林霉素产生严重耐药性,耐药率为100%,对头孢菌素类、多粘菌素类仍保持一定的抗菌活性。此研究可为预防、控制该地区仔貉细菌性腹泻流行与敏感性药物的筛选提供理论依据。In order to understand the epidemic situation and drug resistance of the main pathogenic bacteria causing diarrhea in young raccoon dogs,10 young raccoon dogs died of diarrhea from 5 large-scale fur animal farms in Qinhuangdao were submitted and examined.The liver and small intestine samples were collected aseptically.Five strains of pathogenic Escherichia coli were identified by bacterial morphological observation,culture characteristics test and biochemical test.The pathogenicity and virulence gene test showed that all five strains were pathogenic.The detection rate of six genes,ler,irp2,iutA,fyuA,astA and papC were 100%,100%,40%,40%,20%and 20%,respectively.Antimicrobial susceptibility test showed that the isolates were highly resistant to amoxicillin,tetracycline,sulfonamides,ciprofloxacin,florfenicol and clindamycin with 100%drug resistance rate,while the antibacterial activity of these isolates towards cephalosporins and polymyxin were still maintained.This study provided theoretical basis for the prevention and control of bacterial diarrhea of raccoon dogs and the screening of sensitive drugs.
