博落回散对冬毛期银黑狐生长性能及腹泻率的影响

摘　　要：本试验旨在研究日粮中添加博落回散对冬毛期银黑狐生长性能及腹泻率的影响。试验选取冬毛生长期银黑狐80只,公母各半,平均分成4组,每组4个重复,每个重复5只。对照组在基础日粮中添加金霉素(以有效成分计)75 mg/kg,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组在基础日粮中分别添加250 mg/kg、500 mg/kg、750 mg/kg博落回散,预饲期5 d,正试期20 d。结果表明:1)平均日采食量试验组均较对照组有明显提高;2)平均日增重试验Ⅰ组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05);3)试验Ⅲ组料重比显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05),但从对照组到实验Ⅰ组料重比先下降,再由试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组逐渐上升趋势明显;4)各组间银黑狐腹泻率差异不显著(P>0.05),但从对照组、试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组逐渐上升趋势明显。综上所述,日粮中添加博落回散,能够增加冬毛期银黑狐采食量,改善日增重,提高生长性能,本试验范围内适宜添加水平为250mg/kg。The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effect of Macleaya cordata Powder on the growth performance and diarrhea rate of silver fox during the winter fur-growing season.In this experiment,80 silver foxes,half male and half female,were selected and divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates in each group and 5 silver foxes in each replicate.The control group was supplemented with 75 mg/kg chlortetracycline(based on effective components),and the experimental groups I,II,III were added with 250 mg/kg,500 mg/kg,750 mg/kg macleaya cordata powder in the basic diet,respectively.The prefeeding period was 5 days and the trial period was 20 days.The results showed as follows:1)the average daily feed intake in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group.2)the average daily weight of the test group I was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the test group II,III and the control group(P>0.05).3)the feed-meat ratio of the test group III was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the feed-meat ratio among the test group I,the test group II and the control group(P>0.05).But from the control group to the experimental group I,the feed-meat ratio first decreased,and then gradually increased from the test group I,II and III.4)The diarrhea rate was not significantly difference between the test groups and control group(P>0.05),but there was an obvious upward trend from the control group,the test group I,II and III.In conclusion,adding macleaya cordata powder in the diet of the silver fox during the winter fur-growing season can increase the feed intake,improve the daily gain.And the suitable addition level of macleaya cordata powder is 250 mg/kg in the range of this experiment.
