PDCA循环方法在黑龙江省第一批支援湖北医疗队驻地感控管理中的应用

摘　　要：2019年12月,2019冠状病毒病开始在湖北省武汉市暴发,疾病已蔓延至全国各省。自2020年1月24日开始,全国各地医疗队纷纷前往湖北支援。2020年1月27日,黑龙江省第一批支援湖北医疗队进驻武汉市蔡甸区,作为黑龙江省第一批进驻前线的队伍,为了降低医疗队队员的风险,保障队员在短时间内快速、有序、安全、高效地开展医疗救治工作,我们应用PDCA循环方法对医疗队驻地开展感染防控管理。本文从PDCA循环方法的四个步骤,计划(Plan)、执行(Do)、检查(Check)、处理(Act)四方面总结医疗队驻地管理的方法和经验。In December 2019, a new outbreak of coronavirus disease(COVID-19) began in Wuhan, Hubei province, and the virus has spread to all provinces across the country. Since January 24, 2020, medical teams across the country have traveled to Hubei for support. On January 27, 2020, the first batch of medical team of Heilongjiang province to support Hubei stationed in Caidian District of Wuhan city. As the first batch of Heilongjiang team to enter the front line, in order to reduce the risk of the medical team members, to ensure that the team members carry out medical treatments quickly in a safe, efficient and orderly manner, we apply the PDCA cycle method to carry out infection prevention and control management for the medical team. This article summarizes the methods and experience of medical team resident management from the four steps of the PDCA cycle method, namely Plan, Do, Check, and Act.
