摘  要:采用MMS-2A型微机控制摩擦磨损试验机,分别对3种润滑介质(水、水基润滑剂与油基润滑剂)作用下的轮轨摩擦系数、滚动噪声与振动进行试验研究。结果表明:与水介质相比,润滑剂会使摩擦系数降低,降低轮轨噪声与振动效果显著。摩擦磨损试验结束后,采用光学三维轮廓仪测量试样表面形貌。结果表明,在水介质作用下试样表面粗糙,磨痕较深;在润滑剂作用下,试样表面十分光整,磨痕极浅。The MMS-2A twin-disc test device was used for the investigation of wheel/rail friction under different lubrication conditions.The friction coefficient,contact and vibration of the wheel/rail with three kinds of lubricant,such as water,water-based lubricant and oil-based lubricant,were measured and analyzed.The results show that the lubricants will lead to low adhesion coefficient.Compared with water lubrication,the water-based lubricant and oil-based lubricant have a significant effect on vibration and noise reduction.After the test,the contact surface of the wheel/rail specimens was measured by a 3-D optical profile testing instrument.The results show that the contact surface is rough and the friction track is deep when using water as the lubricant.While the wheel/rail contact surface is smooth and the friction track is shallow when using water-based lubricant and oil-based lubricant.
