摘　　要：目的:观察3M透明输液敷贴对耳鼻喉手术患者眼睛的保护效果。方法:2016年2月-2019年2月收治耳鼻喉手术患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组嘱咐患者术中自然闭眼;观察组应用3M透明输液敷贴进行眼睛保护。比较两组术中眼部不适不配合状况、眼部并发症发生率、眼部不适或并发症消失时间、术后泪膜破裂时间(BUT)及基础泪液分泌量(SIT)。结果:观察组术中眼部不适不配合状况发生率、眼部并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组眼部不适或并发症消失时间、术后BUT及SIT均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:3M透明输液敷贴能够提高耳鼻喉手术患者眼睛舒适度,降低眼部并发症发生率。Objective:To observe the protective effect of 3M transparent infusion application on the eyes of patients undergoing otorhinolaryngologic surgery.Methods:From February 2016 to February 2019,100 patients undergoing otorhinolaryngology surgery were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were instructed to close their eyes naturally during the operation.The observation group was treated with 3M transparent infusion.The intraoperative ocular discomfort,the incidence of ocular complications,the disappearance time of ocular discomfort or complications,the postoperative tear break-up time(BUT)and the postoperative tear secretion(SIT)were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of intraoperative ocular discomfort and ocular complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of ocular discomfort or complications,postoperative BUT and postoperative SIT in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:3M transparent infusion application can improve eye comfort and reduce the incidence of ocular complications in patients undergoing otorhinolaryngologic surgery.
