阿托伐他汀钙治疗冠心病心力衰竭患者疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析阿托伐他汀钙治疗冠心病心力衰竭患者的疗效。方法:2019年1月-2020年1月收治冠心病心力衰竭患者64例,随机分为两组,各32例。对照组给予传统药物治疗;试验组在传统药物基础上应用阿托伐他汀钙治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组患者治疗后总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组心功能改善时间显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后心功能等级、LVEF及左心室舒张末期内径均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组生活质量各项评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用阿托伐他汀钙治疗冠心病心力衰竭患者,可以显著改善患者心功能,促进患者快速恢复身体功能及健康。Objective:To explore the influence of atorvastatin calcium on cardiac function in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,64 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional medicine.The experimental group was treated with atorvastatin calcium on the basis of traditional medicine.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the improvement time of cardiac function was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,after treatment,cardiac function grade,LVEF and left ventricular diastolic diameter index levels were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure can significantly improve the patient's heart function,promote the rapid recovery of body function and health.
