穴位贴敷对混合痔外切内扎术患者术后疼痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究穴位贴敷对混合痔外切内扎术患者术后疼痛的缓解效果。方法:2017年7月-2018年12月收治混合痔患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。两组患者均采取外剥内扎术治疗,对照组术后给予常规治疗;试验组术后在常规治疗基础上加用穴位贴敷。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组术后第5天及第7天疼痛评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者满意度评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均无严重不良反应。结论:在常规治疗基础上增加穴位贴敷,可减轻混合痔外切内扎术患者疼痛情况,且无严重不良反应,患者满意度高。Objective:To investigate the effect of self-made acupoint application on postoperative pain relief of patients with external resection and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:From July 2017 to December 2018,60 patients with mixed hemorrhoids treated by external resection and internal ligation were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,The experimental group was treated with self-made acupoint application on the basis of conventional treatment.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the pain scores on the 5th and 7th day after operation were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:Adding self-made acupoint application on the basis of conventional treatment can reduce the pain of patients on the 5th and 7th day after external resection and internal ligation without increasing adverse reactions,and increase the satisfaction of patients.
