红霉素眼膏联合液体敷料在新生儿臀红重度护理中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探究红霉素眼膏联合3M液体敷料喷抹在新生儿臀红重度护理中的应用效果。方法:2019年4月-2020年3月收治臀红重度新生儿105例,随机分为三组。对照组应用氧化锌软膏治疗;观察A组采用外涂红霉素眼膏治疗;观察B组采用红霉素眼膏外涂+3M液体敷料喷抹治疗。比较三组临床疗效。结果:观察B组的治疗总有效率均明显高于观察A组与对照组,且观察A组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:红霉素眼膏联合3M液体敷料喷抹治疗新生儿臀红重度的效果显著,治愈时间也明显缩短。Objective:To explore the application effect of erythromycin eye ointment combined with 3M liquid dressing in nursing of neonatal severe buttock redness.Methods:From April 2019 to March 2020,105 neonates with severe buttock redness were enrolled,they were randomly divided into there groups.The control group was treated with zinc oxide ointment.A group of observation group was treated with external application of erythromycin eye ointment.B group of observation group was treated with external application of erythromycin eye ointment and 3M liquid dressing.The therapeutic effects of the three groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in B group was significantly higher than that in A group and control group,A group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After comprehensive comparison,it is found that the effect of erythromycin eye ointment combined with 3M liquid dressing in treating neonatal severe buttock redness is effective and the cure time is shortened obviously.
