摘　　要：目的:研究精细化管理联合循证护理在糖尿病患者中的应用效果及对预后的影响。方法:2010-2018年收治糖尿病患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组采用常规护理;观察组采用常规护理联合精细化管理。比较两组生活质量、血糖水平及护理满意度情况。结果:观察组护理后空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后生活质量评分及护理满意度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精细化管理联合循证护理能调节糖尿病患者生活质量,改善血糖水平,提高护理满意度。Objective:To study the effect of fine management combined with evidence-based nursing in the nursing care of patients with diabetes and its effect on prognosis.Methods:From 2010 to 2018,100 patients with diabetes were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group used routine nursing.The observation group used routine nursing combined with fine management.The quality of life,blood glucose and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the levels of fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion:Fine management combined with evidence-based nursing can regulate the quality of life of patients with diabetes,improve blood glucose and increase satisfaction.
