集束化护理对中心静脉导管留置患者感染预防及护理质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究给予中心静脉导管(CVC)留置患者集束化护理对感染预防和护理质量的影响。方法:选取2016年1月-2019年6月血液内科造血干细胞移植病房收治的CVC留置患者62例,随机分为两组,各31例。观察组给予集束化护理;对照组给予常规护理。比较两组患者感染发生率和护理质量。结果:观察组感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组出院时日常生活能力(ADL)评分及智力(MMSE)评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予CVC留置患者集束化护理,能减少医院感染的发生,使患者的日常生活能力和智力水平得到明显改善,促进护理质量的显著提升。Objective:To explore the influence of cluster nursing on infection prevention and nursing quality of patients with CVC indwelling.Methods:From January 2016 to June 2019,62 patients with CVC indwelling admitted to hematopoietic stem cell transplantation ward of hematology department were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 31 cases in each group.The observation group was given cluster nursing.The control group was given routine nursing.We compared the incidence of infection and the quality of care between the two groups.Results:The infection rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the ADL and MMSE scores at discharge were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cluster nursing for patients with CVC indwelling can reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection,improve the ability of daily life and intelligence of patients,and improve the quality of nursing.
