基于倾斜摄影测量技术在输电线路房屋拆迁管理中的应用

摘　　要：采用无人机倾斜摄影测量三维建模技术,创建三维可视化房屋拆迁管理系统,实现对输电线路房屋进行三维可视化展示、房屋分布图输出、拆迁房屋统计、房屋信息查询、三维模型网络发布和三维数据移交等功能,能有效提高外业勘测进度,提高房屋拆迁量的准确性,便利交接给属地公司推进拆迁进程,节约工程投资,减少拆迁矛盾。Using 3D modeling technology of UAV tilt photographic measurement,a 3D visual house demolition management system is created to realize 3D visual display of transmission line houses,house distribution map output,house demolition statistics,house information query,3D model network release and 3D data.The functions such as handover can effectively improve the progress of the final survey of the field,improve the accuracy of the house demolition,facilitate the transfer to the local company to promote the demolition process,save engineering investment,and reduce the contradiction of demolition.
