摘　　要：区块链技术因具有去中心化存储、不可篡改等功能,既可以解决医疗卫生领域中出现的数据孤岛、医疗物资的调配与捐赠问题,又可以很好地应对医疗卫生突发事件遇到的破坏性大、效率低下的问题。基于此,笔者详细介绍了区块链在禽流感病毒、鼠疫和新型冠状病毒突发事件中的应用,并指出区块链技术应用于医疗卫生突发事件中存在的不足,能够为区块链在医疗卫生突发事件中的应用和发展提供决策支撑。Because of its decentralized storage and non-tampering functions,Blockchain technology can not only solve the problems of data islands,the deployment and donation of medical supplies in the medical and health field,but also respond well to medical emergencies.The problem of great destructiveness and low efficiency.It introduced the application of Blockchain in avian influenza virus,plague and new coronavirus emergencies in detail,and pointed out the shortcomings of Blockchain technology in medical and health emergencies.The application and development in the event provided decision support.
