摘　　要：随着互联网技术的不断完善,对互联网数据治理的方法及技术提出了更多的挑战。但是,互联网数据治理过程相对较为复杂,尤其是缺乏完善的管理体系,可能会导致行政法的操作原则不科学,影响了数据治理的有效性。因此,工作人员需要完善行政执法措施,根据数据承载价值及使用价值落实必要的运行方案及治理方案。基于此,本文围绕互联网数据治理的挑战及行政法的应对措施进行探讨。With the continuous improvement of Internet technology,there are more challenges to the methods and technologies of Internet data governance.However,the process of Internet data governance is relatively complex,especially the lack of a sound management system,which may lead to unscientific operation principles of administrative law and affect the effectiveness of data governance.Therefore,the staff need to improve the administrative law enforcement measures,according to the data carrying value and use value to implement the necessary operation scheme and governance scheme.Based on this,this paper discusses the challenges of Internet data governance and the Countermeasures of administrative law.
