摘  要:在京津冀协同发展中,河北省承德市着力打造环首都经济圈的本土产业和优势产业,“承德山水”区域品牌是绿色食品产业发展的新理念,在传统农产品和食品的提质增量上下功夫,更要引入创新思维,打造新品种。本文从承德市水果种植有优势、果品资源丰富,酿酒技术成熟和市场需求多样化等多方面进行分析,结论为在承德市的绿色食品开发中发展果酒产业具有可行性。In the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,Chengde focuses on creating local and advantageous industries around the capital economic circle.The regional brand of“Chengde landscape”is a new concept for the development of green food industry.Efforts should be made to improve the quality and increment of traditional agricultural products and food,and innovative thinking should be introduced to create new varieties.This paper analyzes the advantages of fruit cultivation,rich fruit resources,mature wine making technology and diversified market demand in Chengde.The conclusion is that fruit wine industry is feasible in the development of green food in Chengde.
