摘 要:目的:探究骨盆骨折前路微创手术术前规划及术中指导中3D打印技术的应用效果.方法:将我院2017年1月-2019年8月收治的骨盆骨折患者中随机抽取的50例作为研究对象,所有患者均实施前路微创手术治疗,将其按照电脑随机法分为对照组和观察组,对照组25例实施常规术前规划及治疗,观察组25例患者手术前规划及手术治疗中均由3D打印技术协助进行,分组对比50例患者手术效果,手术指标以及术后并发症发生情况.结果:观察组患者手术优良率明显高于对照组,术中出血量、手术切口以及手术时间均少于对照组,术后并发症发生率与对照组相比明显更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:骨盆骨折患者实施前路微创手术前期规划以及手术操作中配合3D打印技术能够有效提升手术治疗效果,优化各项手术指标,降低手术后各类并发症的发生,提升手术安全性,值得进行广泛的推广和应用.Objective:To explore the application effect of 3D printing technology in preoperative planning and intraoperative guidance of minimally invasive surgery for pelvic fracture.Methods:50 patients with pelvic fracture admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to August 2019 were randomly selected as the research objects.All patients were treated with anterior minimally invasive surgery.According to the computer random method,they were divided into control group and study group.25 patients in the control group were treated with routine preoperative planning and treatment.25 patients in the study group were assisted by 3D printing technology in preoperative planning and surgical treatment.All patients were divided into groups to compare the operative effect,operative index and postoperative complications.Results:The excellent rate of operation in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the amount of bleeding,incision and operation time were less than those in the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The pre planning of anterior minimally invasive surgery and 3 D printing technology in operation can effectively improve the effect of operation,optimize the operation indexes,reduce the occurrence of various complications after operation,and improve the safety of operation,which is worthy of extensive promotion and application.
