评价PFNA内固定在老年股骨粗隆间骨折中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨PFNA内固定在老年股骨粗隆间骨折中的应用价值.方法:本次研究对象为我院2017年1月-2018年12月期间收治的80例股骨粗隆间骨折老年患者,根据入院时间将其分成对照组(n=40,2017年1月-2017年12月期间入院,接受DHS内固定术治疗)和观察组(n=40,2018年1月-2018年12月期间入院,接受PFNA内固定术治疗),比较2组患者术中出血量、住院时间、骨折愈合时间;使用Harris评分量表评价2组患者术前及术后6个月的髋关节功能.结果:观察组患者的术中出血量比对照组少,住院时间及骨折愈合时间均短于对照组,P<0.05;术前2组患者的Harris评分差异不大,P>0.05,术后6个月,2组患者分数均有提高,但观察组分数高于对照组,P<0.05.结论:给予老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者PFNA内固定治疗,可以减少术中出血量,缩短住院时间及骨折愈合时间,有利于促进患者髋关节功能尽快恢复.Objective:To investigate the application value of PFNA in intertrochanteric fracture of senile femoral bone.To evaluate the value of PFNA internal fixation in the treatment of intertrochanter fracture in the elderly.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2018,80 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur were divided into control group(n≥40,admitted to hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 and treated with DHS internal fixation)and observation group(n≤40,from January 2018 to December 2018,treated with PFNA internal fixation).The postoperative blood loss,hospitalization time and fracture healing time were compared between the two groups.Using Ha The rris score scale evaluated hip function in both groups before and 6 months after operation.Results:The amount of intraoperative bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the time of hospitalization and fracture healing was shorter than that in the control group,P<0.05;the Harris score of the two groups before operation was not much different,P>0.05,and the scores of the two groups were improved at 6 months after operation,but the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The treatment of PFNA in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture can reduce the amount of bleeding and shorten the time of hospitalization and fracture healing.The hip function is restored as soon as possible.
