手部高压注射伤诊疗进展分析

摘　　要：手部高压注射伤(High-Pressure Injection Injuries of the Hand,HPIIH)是各类手外伤中较为少见的特殊急症,其早期症状不明显、致伤机制复杂,加之基层医务工作者较少接触此类创伤,极易引起漏诊、误诊,从而导致患者截指(肢)等严重后果,即使免于截指(肢),也多存在患指(肢)不美观、感觉丧失、关节僵硬、功能不全等并发症,预后极差.目前国内外对于手部高压注射伤患者的伤情严重程度无系统性评价量表,诊疗流程上无统一标准,造成临床诊疗非常棘手.近年来随着工业发展,HPIIH发病率有所上升,因此,如何能够对手部高压注射伤患者展开高效诊疗是现在急需解决的问题.Objective:High-Pressure Injection Injuries of the Hand(HPIIH)is a special emergency that is rare in various types of hand trauma.Its early symptoms are not obvious,the injury mechanism is complicated,and there are fewer primary medical workers.Exposure to such trauma can easily cause misdiagnosis and misdiagnosis,leading to serious consequences such as amputation of fingers(limbs).Even if excision of fingers(limbs)is avoided,there are many unsightly fingers(limbs),loss of sensation,joint stiffness,Complications such as dysfunction,and the prognosis are extremely poor.At present,there is no systematic evaluation scale for the severity of injuries to patients with high-pressure injection injuries in the hand at home and abroad.There is no uniform standard for the diagnosis and treatment process,which makes clinical diagnosis and treatment very difficult.Development,the incidence of HPIIH has increased.Therefore,how to carry out efficient diagnosis and treatment of patients with high-pressure injection injuries to the hand is an urgent problem to be solved.
