摘　　要：2020年习近平总书记考察浙江,赋予浙江"努力成为新时代全面展示中国特色社会主义制度优越性的重要窗口"新目标新定位。从档案发挥作用的基本机理入手,分析档案在国家治理、意识形态话语权、传统文化传承、爱国主义教育、突发事件应对处置、保障和改善民生等活动中发挥作用的六种主要形态,提出了档案在"重要窗口"建设中发挥记史、存史、资政、展示等独特作用实现路径的建议。This paper analyzes the 6 forms of archives being functioned as archives in national governance,ideological speaking right,traditional cultural inheritance,patriotism education,emergency management and the people’s livelihood improvement,and proposes implementation paths of archives keeping history,aiding governance and educating in"The Important Window"construction.
